Sharm el Sheikh holidays perfect for Easter breaks

March is now here and you have less than a month to sort out your Easter plans.

The kids break up from school on the 30th and most of us will be looking forward to at least a few extra days off over the bank holiday weekend, with Good Friday falling on April 6th this year.

So why not ditch the chocolate eggs and bank holiday DIY in favour of chilled cocktails and scuba diving?

A week or two in a cheap hotel in Sharm el Sheikh can help turn Good Friday into a great one.

All inclusive hotels in Sharm el Sheikh offer you the perfect mix of sun, sea, sand and scuba.

The resort is one of the world's best diving destinations, mixing the crystal and tranquil waters of the Red Sea with the kind of marine life you only normally see in some of the more exotic fish aquariums in the UK.

Even beginners with no previous diving experience will be able to take part in a diving school in the area and get to see some of the 1,245 species of fish that call the coastline home. You can even find Nemo, as the clown fish makes a habit of popping out of the coral every now and then.

Of course, Sharm el Sheikh holidays are not all about being under the sea and after spending all day at the beach, you will want to return to the comfort of your hotel for a quick power shower and a bite to eat before hitting the town.

Na'ama Bay is full of bars, pubs and clubs, with the neon lights being as colourful as the area's underwater coastline. Some of the most popular places for us Brits are the Camel Bar, the Mexican Bar and Seagull's Pub.

And if you still find you have the energy, you could dance the Egyptian night away at Pacha nightclub.
